Jaipur’s interpretation of the opulent Art Deco

The restaurant’s architectural style draws from the rich history of Jaipur’s interpretation of the opulent Art Deco Movement since its advent in 1925.
Characterised by the unmissable symmetry, aerodynamic design, and repeated aesthetic elements, Art Deco has adorned many houses and buildings of Jaipur, most notable being the Gem Cinema, the Billion Building, and the monumental Bagaria Bhawan. Traces of the style are still seen in the continuous veranda-like store fronts in Kishanpole Bazar, Tripolia Bazar, and Chandpole.

Chef de Cuisine’s

Arirasa’s Menu holds the nostalgia of classic North Indian cuisine, not complete without elements of novelty imparted by dishes inspired by the Chef de Cuisine’s childhood, travels, and passion. His unique Kair Korma, marries Rajasthan’s beloved Kair(known vastly as a dry preparation) with a rich Lukhnowi style Korma, to create a Marwari-Awadh delicacy. Tahari, a humble and household preparation from Western UP is reimagined to suit the royal pulse of Rajasthan.
